Queen’s School of Nursing is thrilled to share our Strategic Plan for 2026–2029. Shaped by our community, this plan is grounded in a shared vision for where we are headed together.

The engagement, thoughtfulness, and energy you brought to this process has been truly inspiring. Your feedback has helped us build a clear path forward. One that reflects who we are, what we value, and the future we want to collectively create.

Our plan reflects our shared commitment to this school and to one another. It recognizes the strengths we bring to our work, while also challenging us to continue learning, adapting, and growing. Above all, it reflects the deep respect that exists within our community and our belief that meaningful progress happens when we work together.

As we move from planning into implementation, our focus will shift from what we intend to achieve to how we will make it happen. We know that the real work of a strategic plan begins with putting it into action. The next chapter will be about turning our shared aspirations into meaningful, concrete, and collaborative progress.

Thank you to our faculty, staff, students, alumni, and partners for your passion, dedication, ideas, and trust throughout this journey. This plan belongs to our community, and its success will depend on all of us continuing to bring that same spirit of engagement and collaboration to the work ahead.

We invite you to stay connected and join us in the work ahead. As the next chapter of our Strategic Plan unfolds, you can opt-in to receive communications about developments and additional opportunities to get involved. You can fill out this short sign-up form to join the mailing list.

We have much to look forward to, and I’m excited to see what we can accomplish together in the years ahead.
